Interested in aquatic biodiversity, connectivity across isolated natural and anthropogenic habitats, and climate change? Northern Arizona University is an excellent place to study all of these! Come do your graduate degree and research in the coolest (literally) part of Arizona, in the middle of climate-driven shifts in species distributions. We’re using the state’s steep natural gradients in elevation, temperature, and precipitation to study trait-based constraints on the distribution and conservation of species and genetic diversity in freshwater systems.
